investicinė bendrovė statusas Aprobuotas sritis kolektyvinio investavimo subjektų veikla apibrėžtis 1. Akcinė bendrovė, kurios akcijos išleidžiamos ir išperkamos Lietuvos Respublikos kolektyvinio investavimo subjektų įstatymo pakeitimo įstatymo nustatyta tvarka. Šiame įstatyme vartojama investicinės bendrovės sąvoka apima investicinę kintamojo kapitalo bendrovę ir uždarojo tipo investicinę bendrovę, jeigu konkrečiame įstatymo straipsnyje nenustatyta kitaip. 2. Akcinė bendrovė, uždaroji akcinė bendrovė, tikroji ūkinė bendrija ar komanditinė ūkinė bendrija, Lietuvos Respublikos informuotiesiems investuotojams skirtų kolektyvinio investavimo subjektų įstatymo nustatyta tvarka gavusios priežiūros institucijos leidimą verstis investicinės bendrovės veikla. atitikmenys: angl. investment company šaltinis 1.
